Customer service is hard to get a hold of. Installation of equipment wasn't installed to our liking. Had an older ADT system, wasn't to happy. Arthur called me from core home security and he was very knowledgeable and convinced me to upgrade to a newer system with doorbell camera. Just wish I could review the recordings from my phone. Phone calls are readily answered with questions. It has been great to have that extra level of security, also the employees work hard to make sure you're good if there's a problem.
Please reach out so we can make this right. I have had nothing but trouble with them since I started my service. My monitor pendant has not worked for over a month. I called them and told them that it wasn’t working and asked them to call but I haven’t heard from them. The company that monitors said they had a low battery signal from my pendant. I have replaced the battery but still nothing.
